Instructors

Rick began studying BJJ under Royce Gracie in 2001. Over the years he has traveled the world to train with top level instructors. Training Trips have included Eddie Bravo in California, Roger Gracie in London, to Perdo Sauer and Grand Master Relson Gracie in Brazil.
In Dec 2017 Rick received his Black Belt in BJJ from Professor Marcelo Cruz of Renzo Gracie RI. Since then he continues to improve and challenge himself. You can find him rolling on the mats with his students every night

For the last 15 years she has pursued training in Krav Maga after falling in love with the simplicity, philosophy and practicality of the Self Defense System. She is certified to teach by CT 707 and Krav Maga Universal
